1. Training & Empowerment System
To strengthen the quality foundation of all staff, Akameng, as an authorized SUFA distributor, has established a standardized training mechanism. Every year, all-staff rotational training is conducted on quality management regulations, standards systems and professional skills, covering three dimensions: quality awareness enhancement, professional knowledge deepening and position capability improvement, ensuring a 100% certified post-qualification rate. Through systematic training, employees' sense of quality responsibility and initiative are significantly enhanced, providing a solid human resources guarantee for quality control.
2. Full-Process Inspection Control
Relying on an advanced inspection system, SUFA builds a "full-chain quality defense line":
Hardware support: equipped with precision instruments including ultrasonic flaw detectors, X-ray flaw detection machines, direct-reading spectrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM), covering the full range of non-destructive testing, physical and chemical analysis and metrological calibration;
Process control: from incoming inspection and in-process inspection to final acceptance, standardized inspection procedures are executed, supervised throughout by dedicated inspectors, with the QA team performing tracking and witnessing according to the quality plan, ensuring quality problems are "detected early and addressed early".
3. Personnel & Organizational Support
To implement closed-loop management of quality responsibilities, Akameng works with SUFA to establish a multi-level quality control structure:
Workshop-level control: each production workshop has a dedicated quality management officer responsible for monitoring process control points, nonconforming product analysis and implementation of improvement measures;
Nonconforming product handling: a special team composed of design, process and quality control departments strictly follows the "three don't-let-go" principle (don't let go until the cause is identified, the responsibility is clarified, and the corrective measures are implemented), eliminating recurrence of quality risks at the source.
4. System Effectiveness Verification
SUFA has established a dual-drive mechanism of "internal audit + management review":
Annual internal audits: internal audits are conducted twice a year, with a management review implemented at the beginning of the following year; nonconformities are assigned to responsible departments for rectification within a defined time limit;
Closed-loop verification: the QA department tracks the implementation of corrective measures to ensure the quality system operates continuously, suitably, adequately and effectively.
Quality records management strictly follows the "hardware-software synchronization" principle: product quality records are archived together with the physical products, achieving full life-cycle traceability.
Through the above systematic construction, Akameng, supported by SUFA's technical strength, has built a four-dimensional quality assurance network of "personnel-equipment-process-management" to provide customers with reliable products and professional services.
