I. Features of high-pressure globe valves

1) Reliable safety

The body and bonnet are threaded for a strong middle cavity and high safety; the body is fully forged with excellent material properties, ensuring valve safety;

2) Cobalt-based hard alloy disc

The disc sealing face is hardfaced with hard alloy or made of solid hard alloy. This alloy offers excellent overall mechanical properties — wear-resistant and erosion-resistant — ensuring a long valve service life.

3) Specially hardfaced sealing surfaces

The hard alloy sealing face is applied to the valve body by a special process, giving a more compact structure. The conical sealing face design achieves sealing with only a small axial force, providing a reliable and durable seal.

4) Anti-jamming structure

Guide rings at both ends of the disc provide throttling, keep out particles and prevent jamming.

5) Replaceable structure

A replaceable internals design can be provided per customer requirements, enabling on-site in-line replacement of internals and in-line maintenance;

6) Excellent packing system
