Superior Materials

1. The body is made of F316L with controlled Cr and Ni content to improve pressure resistance, fatigue resistance and hydrogen corrosion resistance under high-pressure hydrogen service.

2. Modified PTFE packing is selected for strong swelling resistance under high-pressure hydrogen conditions.

Fine Craftsmanship

1. Sealing face roughness finer than Ra0.2.

2. Flow passage roughness finer than Ra0.8.

Innovative Design

1. Body wall thickness is calculated using the BS/EN 12516-2 design method, effectively reducing body weight and volume, verified by simulation and shell tests to meet pressure-bearing requirements.

2. The main sealing structure uses a conical seal, providing superior sealing performance in high-pressure hydrogen environments.

3. The packing uses a spring-energized (polymer) seal; compared with conventional rectangular packing, the operating torque is greatly reduced to less than 6N·m.

Stable Performance

Capable of long-term stable operation. Extreme temperature-pressure cycling tests exceeded 102,000 cycles.

Excellent Sealing

Both external and internal leakage rates are <10-6 Pa·m3/s. Relevant data or standards can be provided.

Easy Operation

Low operating force; valve opening/closing torque <6N·m.
