Product Features

1. Body and bonnet are bolted for quick and easy disassembly.

2. Balanced plug design for low operating force and high sensitivity.

3. Disc-and-window combined guiding resists cavitation at small openings with high differential pressure, and delivers large flow at large openings with low differential pressure.

4. Specially designed disc holes meet regulating requirements under low-flow conditions.

5. Gasket seal between seat and body allows easy removal of the seat for repairing the sealing face or replacement.

6. The plug sealing face is protected by throttling rings, preventing erosion damage during regulation.

Applications

Suitable for special services requiring tight shut-off at small openings with high differential pressure, and large flow at large openings with low differential pressure, such as first-stage and second-stage desuperheating water control valves and desuperheating water valves for pressure-reducing and desuperheating stations.
