Valve Brand: SUFA | Aiqu Brand H
Ball valves: high-frequency ball valve / sour-service ball valve / abrasion-resistant ball valve / fully welded ball valve / oxygen ball valve / high-temperature ball valve / orbit ball valve
High-Frequency Ball Valve:

Applications: high-frequency ball valves are widely used in the chemical industry wherever frequent cycling is required, typically in PDS discharge units of PP (polypropylene) and PE (polyethylene) plants.
Features:
1. High-frequency operation: more than 100,000 cycles per year on average, up to 3 million cycles.
2. Fast response: typically 1.5~3 seconds (faster speeds available on request)
3. Demanding services (high pressure / high temperature / corrosive): suitable for liquid, gas and granular solid powder media / 4. High reliability: sealing per Class VI
Reference project: high-frequency ball valves for the Russia polypropylene project (PDS)
The valves cycle 2 million times per year, requiring extremely high reliability of the valve action and its pneumatic control components.
Sour-Service (High-Sulfur) Ball Valve:

Applications: sour-service ball valves are mainly used in oil and gas field development, gathering and processing with high H2S content (>10%). H2S is a common associated medium, especially in high-sulfur gas fields — for example, the natural gas in Northeast Sichuan contains around 18% H2S, often accompanied by CO2 and chloride ions (Cl-) as synergistic corrosive media. This places extremely high demands on sour-service resistance, resistance to hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) and stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and hence very high safety requirements on sour-service ball valves.
Features
1. All wetted surfaces of the body and bonnet cavity are overlaid with ≥3mm of INCONEL 625; small-bore valves can be made entirely of alloy 825/625
2. Trim materials: overlaid 625 or solid nickel-based alloy;
3. Seat seals: LIP-SEAL lip seals
4. Body structure: split body, top-entry
Abrasion-Resistant Ball Valve:

Applications: for services in coal chemical, polysilicon and similar industries where valves handle media containing particles and dust; optimal wear-resistant and sealing materials are selected per the specific service to ensure long life and reliability.
Features:
1. High wear resistance: the ball, seats, stem, fixed shafts and bearings are hardened; the hardfacing layer uses highly wear-resistant material with hardness of HRC60 or above.
2. Long service life: 3 to 5 times longer than conventional metal-seated ball valves.
Fully Welded Ball Valve:

Applications: mainly used in oil and gas production and long-distance pipelines, such as the West-East Gas Pipeline, China-Russia and China-Myanmar pipeline projects.
Features:
1. Fully welded body structure: completely eliminates external leakage.
2. Stem with multiple seals: 4 O-rings plus graphite packing.
3. Triple seat-to-ball sealing: primary triangular rubber seal ring, secondary plastic insert, and tertiary metal-to-metal fire-safe seal.
4. Emergency sealant injection system: covers both stem and seat injection, providing secondary emergency sealing for stem and seats.
5. Buried service design: body drain/vent and sealant injection lines are extended above ground with isolation valves installed on the vent and drain lines.
6. Fire-safe, anti-static, blowout-proof stem
Oxygen Ball Valve:

Applications: oxygen ball valves are important valves in coal chemical process units, installed in burner oxygen supply circuits to shut off preheated oxygen and oxygen-steam mixtures. Oxygen is a strong oxidizer, so the valves must meet the highest leakage class, Class VI.
Oxygen valves are increasingly used in steel, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Features:
1. Oil- and grease-free: cleaning, assembly, testing and vacuum packing are all completed in a clean workshop.
2. Specially treated ball and seat sealing surfaces: high-hardness carbide plus special fluorocarbon coating prevents galling between ball and seat and reduces valve torque.
3. Hardened stem and bearings: smoother surfaces with lower friction coefficient effectively reduce stem torque.
4. Oil-free graphite: combined oil-free graphite used for packing and seat seal rings for micro-leakage performance.
5. Grounding bolts: grounding screws on end flanges.
High-Temperature Ball Valve:

Applications: ethylene cracking units — mainly used on the transfer line (cross-over) piping of ethylene crackers with temperatures up to 750°C. These petrochemical units use petroleum or natural gas as feedstock, producing high-purity ethylene and propylene through high-temperature cracking, compression and separation, together with various by-product petrochemical feedstocks. Demand in other high-end fields such as ultra-supercritical power, advanced nuclear energy and aerospace continues to grow.
Features:
1. Integral sub-body and seat structure
2. Special hardened layer on the ball
3. Disc springs in special nickel-based alloy
4. Extended bonnet design
Orbit Ball Valve:
Applications:
Hydrocracking units: high-pressure orbit ball valves are often selected as emergency shut-off valves at compressor suction and discharge, handling cold hydrogen, recycle hydrogen and mixed hydrogen. Oil, gas and petrochemical: petrochemical media are generally high-pressure and highly corrosive, full of flammable and explosive media, demanding high corrosion resistance of body and trim and high sealing performance.
Structural features:
Wear-free operation. During opening, the ball and seats do not touch, so no friction occurs and the sealing faces are never damaged during operation.
Positive sealing. Sealing does not rely on media pressure; a wedge at the stem base provides a mechanical wedging force that presses the ball firmly against the seat for continuous long-term sealing.
Top-entry design. Top-entry internals allow in-line inspection and maintenance after system depressurization.
Integral bottom trunnion. The bottom trunnion is integrally cast with the ball, providing high strength, smooth operation, low torque and low wear, ensuring accurate ball-to-seat sealing alignment.
Single seat. A single seat design avoids abnormal cavity pressure build-up found in double-seat valves.
External stem guiding. The external stem guide reduces guide wear and makes opening and closing easier.
Integral forged stem. The stem is fully forged with a hardened wedge face at the bottom, ensuring overall strength and extended service life.
Special hardfacing. Suitable hardfacing materials and processes are applied to the ball and seat surfaces to ensure long-term reliable sealing.
